Underwear.eu is registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 34120656. Underwear.eu is a trade name of Van Der Velden Beheer BV. Van der Velden Beheer BV is a business service provider and takes care of purchase- and financial administration. The sending of goods is settled by Misi Fulfilment. The financial settlement of the orders is done by Docdata Payments.
The general conditions of Underwear.eu apply to all deliveries.
Underwear.eu has the right to amend the General Conditions at any time. The general conditions published on our website at the time of the agreement will apply.
Any use by you of Underwear.eu indicates your understanding and agreement with these Legal Notices.
Underwear.eu has the right to modify these general conditions.
The conditions published on the Internet site at the time of closing the agreement, will apply.

The order will be processed and the agreement becomes effective at the moment you place an order via our Internet site. After you click on the “Place Order” button you will receive a confirmation and order number by email. In case you don’t receive an e-mail, we advise you to contact customer services. The order remains nevertheless effective.
The minimum order is 30 euro.
All mentioned prices are including 19% VAT and in euro or pounds.
All prices Underwear.eu shows on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices stated at beginning of shipment apply. Modifications do not apply to standing orders.
Offers do not apply automatically to a next order.
Underwear.eu cannot be kept to an offer, when you reasonably could have understood that it was a mistake or typing error.
Underwear.eu displays colors of our products on our site as accurately as we can, but the actual color you see depends on the accuracy of your own monitor, which we cannot guarantee.
Underwear.eu guarantee is limited by the guarantee supplied by the manufacturer of the article.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Underwear.eu. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have ordered, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, repair or repayment by voucher, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, to ensure credit. If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, contact Customer Service immediately.

Important information about payment:
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may be charged immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, you can directly pay from your account. After ordering you can choose the Paypal option to pay with.
In case you do not have a Paypal account yet, you can very easily open an account to pay safely.
Gift Voucher
The number of the (gift) voucher has to be filled in at your order under discount code.
The value of the voucher will be subtracted from the amount of the order.
All orders shipped within EU, are shipped free of charge. Shipping charges apply to orders shipped outside the EU; the shipping costs will be £ 3. For deliveries outside the EU please contact our customer services.
We make sure the size of our parcels will not exceed the standard mailbox measurements. It is possible we will divide an order into several packages, to fit your mailbox. Orders in the Netherlands will be sent by parcel mail if the packet exceeds the maximum measurements of 265 mm by 33 mm.
After receiving your payment, as a rule, the delivery time is 3 to 5 work days after receipt of the order. If the article is not in stock and supply within 3-5 working days is not possible, we will contact you. Underwear.eu cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from an untimely delivery.
When you receive the ordered goods, please check if the articles are as expected. If not, please inform Underwear.eu, within 7 working days. (see return shipment or change). If you are not satisfied with an item that you have ordered, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase and you receive repayment by voucher, this can be used for your next order. The shipping, handling, and other charges will be for account of Underwear.eu.
Underwear.eu values your satisfaction. We will refund or replace the article(s). Returned articles must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition; items properly folded with all tags and tickets in place, in original packaging and including the packer’s number and return code (customer service).
Costs of transport of return-sending’s will have to be payed by the costumer. When the articles are delivered incorrect by Underwear.eu (wrong size, product or manufacturing-fault), Underwear.eu will pay for return-costs.
Before sending back the articles, please contact our customer services, they will provide you with a return code.

Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.
Exchange Order
You need a return code, before returning, so get in touch with the customer service before sending the articles back!

When the article(s) meet the requirements such as mentioned above under return shipment or exchange, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the article(s). You can order again with this voucher.
Underwear.eu reserves the right to refuse the articles, when the condition is not as stated under Return shipment or exchange.
Underwear.eu will only use your data to be able to carry out your order and the personal data supplied by you will not be passed on to other parties.
All rights reserved. It is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute, republish or modify any materials or photographs contained on the Underwear.eu website or in subsequent support without the prior written consent of Underwear.eu.
All photographs (on the Internet site) of Underwear.eu are copyrighted.
For damage directly or indirectly caused by our provided article the liability has been restricted to an maximum of the sales price of concerning article.
If Underwear.eu cannot meet its obligations because of force majeure then the obligations for the duration of the force majeure situation are suspended. After 30 days purchaser and/or underwear.eu has the right to annul the agreement, without compensation. Under force majeure is understood: all shortcomings which are not blame Underwear.eu.
General complaints can be sent to customerservice@underwear.eu.
Underwear.eu will always try to solve a problem by mutual agreement. All disputes between parties can also be taken to court.
